Terms and Conditions
Customers should unpack the goods on the same day after receiving the purchases, otherwise, it will be deemed satisfied with the goods. If there is any damage found, the following criteria must be met in order to make product returns.
1. Product damaged during delivery or damages found during inspection, such as wrong size/ wrong color / damage/ yellowed fabric, scratched, stained, defaced, damped /deformation, etc.
2. The product should be unused, and return is not applicable to the products that have been assembled, damaged, unpacked, or any artificial damage (after inspection).
3. The packaging should remain same as the date of delivery and purchase.
4. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging materials, accessories and manuals at the time of sale.5rew
5. After the goods are signed for, the natural loss or packaging defects caused by man-made damage, normal use, are not regarded as quality problems, and the company does not accept the above as the reasons for replacement.
6. If the product has quality problems, our company only accepts replacement products and does not provide refund service.
