- Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of the delivery, but the return must meet the following criteria: -
- The goods were found to be damaged due to the delivery or wrongly packaged or the wrong size or product.
- The returned goods must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged
- The goods returned, and the packaging of the goods must remain original purchase condition.
- The goods must be returned with all accompanying accessories and the user guides etc.
- The delivery cost for the return of goods shall be borne by the customer.
- No exchange service will be provided after 7 days.
- The goods are destroyed by human beings, the natural loss, aging, appearance changes under normal use, the packaging of the goods and the illegible defects are not treated as quality problems, nor are they accepted for return.
- The delivery of a single customer sign, which represents the quality of the goods that have been accepted. In case of any after-sales investigation of the quality of the goods, the request for return, the company will not accept.
- If the goods are not sold for their models, the customer can exchange for any goods and only need to pay the difference.
- Under any circumstances, the company does not provide refund service.
